Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of ClickNova (the “Service”), including our web application, documentation, and features such as Magic thumbnails, face-related tools, templates, and credit-based generation. By creating an account, accepting these Terms where prompted, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction and meet any minimum age required by applicable law (typically 16 or older, or higher where local law requires). If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Accounts and security

You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account unless you notify us promptly of unauthorized use at support@clicknova.app.

Credits, subscriptions, and billing

Some features consume credits or require a paid plan. Fees, credit packs, renewals, and cancellation options are described at checkout, in-product, or on our pricing pages and may change where permitted by law. You may cancel a subscription using the billing or account controls we provide; cancellation does not remove liability for amounts already due. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, paid amounts are non-refundable, except where we choose to offer a refund or your payment method rules require otherwise.

Payment card and wallet details are collected by third-party payment processors; their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

License to use the Service

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business creative workflows.

Your content

You retain ownership of materials you upload or submit (“Your Content”). To run the Service, you grant ClickNova a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, display, and produce derivative outputs (for example generated thumbnails) solely to provide, secure, and improve the Service. This license does not permit us to sell Your Content as standalone stock media. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit Your Content and that it does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Bypass billing, credit limits, authentication, rate limits, or security measures
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service except to the extent unquestionably permitted by law
• Upload or generate content that is illegal, infringes others’ rights, is non-consensual intimate imagery, or exploits minors
• Use the Service to generate or distribute deceptive or unlawful material at scale, or to disrupt the Service or other users

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or pose risk to the Service.

AI outputs

Generations are produced by probabilistic models. Outputs may be wrong, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, publishing them, or using them commercially. The Service does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

Our intellectual property

The Service, including software, visual design, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by ClickNova and its licensors. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted.

Third-party services

The Service may rely on third-party infrastructure, models, or tools. Use of those components may be subject to additional third-party terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClickNova and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from these Terms or the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid ClickNova for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100) if you have not paid fees.

Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ClickNova and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from third-party claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of ClickNova, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence may still apply.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and updating the date above. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
